How we use cookies and similar technologies.

This Cookie Policy explains how CreaTech Business Solutions uses cookies and similar technologies on our website, why we use them, and how you can manage your preferences.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently and to provide information to website owners.

We use both first-party cookies (set by CreaTech) and third-party cookies (set by our service providers).

Types of Cookies We Use

We categorize the cookies we use as follows:

1. Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the website to function properly. They enable core functionality such as page navigation and access to secure areas. The website cannot function properly without these cookies.

2. Analytics Cookies

These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our website. They collect information such as the number of visitors, pages viewed, traffic sources, and on-page behavior so we can improve website performance and content.

We use the following analytics tools. Analytics storage is off by default under Google Consent Mode v2 until you choose Accept analytics on our cookie banner (or equivalent preference control). We do not intentionally send personal form fields (name, email, phone) to analytics tools as event parameters.

  • Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID G-NVPS3JFDR9) — measures traffic, page views, and conversion events. Loaded via Google’s gtag library and/or Google Tag Manager.
  • Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps, scroll maps, and session replay to understand how visitors use the site. Loaded through Google Tag Manager only after analytics consent is granted. Clarity may record interactions on the page; we configure and use it for UX improvement, not as a CRM, and we do not use it to collect form passwords.
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM) (Container ID GTM-WHLM3N87) — manages when non-essential tags (such as Analytics and Clarity) load. Non-essential tags remain gated by your analytics consent choice.

If you reject analytics cookies, GA4 and Microsoft Clarity should not run for analytics purposes under our consent configuration.

3. Functional Cookies

These cookies enable enhanced functionality and personalization, such as remembering your preferences or previous choices.

4. Marketing / Advertising Cookies

These cookies are used to deliver relevant advertisements and track the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. Currently, we have limited use of marketing cookies. Any future use will be clearly disclosed.

How We Use Cookies

We use cookies to:

  • Ensure the website functions correctly
  • Understand how visitors use our website
  • Improve content, navigation, and performance
  • Support legitimate marketing and analytics where applicable

Managing Your Cookie Preferences

You have the right to accept or reject cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser settings to decline cookies if you prefer.

Please note that if you choose to disable or reject cookies, some parts of our website may not function properly.

You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings or by using cookie consent tools available on our website (if applicable).

Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies on our website are set by third-party service providers, such as analytics providers. Examples include Google (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager) and Microsoft (Microsoft Clarity). These third parties may use cookies or similar technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites.

We do not control these third-party cookies. You should review the privacy and cookie policies of these third parties for more information, including Google’s and Microsoft’s privacy documentation for their analytics products.

Updates to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The updated version will be indicated by a revised date at the top of this page.
